Hi HardgainerTips_com, lets start with the domain. its a very good and keyword rich domain. Excellent choice The website loading time was slow for me. Broadband users would have little problems, but remember, most people are still on dial up and if you ignore them as potential visitors, you can loose a lot of traffic. There is too much advertisement spots. Its a fact that a website as young as yours would have a difficult time attracting advertisers, so I advise you to do away with the ad area until you get a decent traffic ratings. Your header text could be better, at least in my opinion. I would strongly advise on a strong and sharp, but simple font. You could also decrease the number of posts on the homepage. Scrolling all the way down to access old posts does not convert well for some users. Minimize the number of posts to something like 5 on the homepage. A redesign of the footer would be nice too. The page seems to end prematurely with a very simple footer. Overall, nice blog design...but more could be done. All the best in your blogging adventure.
Looks really good, but too many ads for my liking - especially the google adsense ones look disturbing. Loads slowly as well.
The design isn't bad but the graphics of the 2 men in the header are a bit rough around the edges you should soften the edges in photoshop.
