Constantly Changing IP Address

Alright, I sure hope there is a simple solution to this.

I currently use either my neighbors wireless internet or the wifi from places like StarBucks when I am online 99% of the time.

So here is the problem: I run several programs that run automated searches on Google. Therefore, I always end up getting the message saying:

Is there any program that I can use that will mask my IP address and make it so that it is constantly changing to avoid myself from getting blocked from Google. I am asking because every time I get blocked, I have to wait several hours to be unblocked and the restart my software.

    Any ideas?

    Please and thank you ;)

Get a static ip address from your ISP at some extra cost
