Consolidation Not Working

    One of my sub accounts shows that the weight is being consolidated, but when I go to the master account, it shows the sub account being 0. I have tried unconsolidating and then consolidating, but the results stay the same.

    Can anyone help?

    If you just consolidated, it takes time to show up on the master account

    It generally happens once per hour - at the start of a hour.
