So my company has 7 very large internet properties. We are talking about hundreds of thousands of visitors and pages. Now these websites have all shared the same content for the past few years. We want to start consolidating them into one huge site. So how do I go about figuring out which sites to kill first? Of course we will be 301 directing everything. I have pulled Google Analytics DAta Indexed Page Count Backlink Count Alexa Rankings and more.... Is there anything I may be missing? And how do I choose which one gets the axe first?
