Consolidating and submitting content and backlinks RSS feed

    Guys,
    what would be the best way to execute following:

    - extract all pages from the blog
    - extract all links to your web site
    - create RSS from all the links
    - ping or social bookmark them all at once

    without doing it in Goog's face :)
