I have a website with about 60 pages or so. Each page on there links to the same external website, but different page. So for example i am always linking to different pages on wikipedia. Does that hurt my SERP efforts?? No, my link to text ratio is not a problem. Thanks, in advance
hmph, well your question, on it's face, leads me to believe you are simply passing PR somewhere else. Which is not inherently helpful. Maybe it is to your readers but not to you. need more info, Nigel
Your out bound links will net hurts to u and no benefit from SE, but will be use full for the visitors. Make all the links open in new window for stay the visitors with u otherwise they will move to the linked site and never return
1.No follow -- i dont care about their PR, they are not competitors 2.Open in new window -- That is done already but i guess my question is somewhat answered : it wont hurt me, might help them -- k thnx
you can link to relevant resouurce sites and having one link out from one page will not hurt. infact, it might even help google defining your neighbourhood. so if you want to link out, find resourcefull articles on wikipedia and other credible authority sites to link to
