Considering Selling PR 5 Directory of Directory Resources

I am considering selling PR 5, directorysubmit.org

Great domain name and decent traffic. I am making about $100.00 a month from regular and featured links. Site has ton of potential for those more used to promoting such sites. I have acquired a lot of links.

I am looking to get $1000.00 for the site. No links have ever been sold on the site, so that could be an option to get your investment back quickly, along with future submissions.

So, BIN is $1000.00

Start bid is $200.00
Min Increments of $10.00

Reserve is in my head. Auction ends 36 hours from post time stamp.

Why sell the site? I am selling because I want to focus on another general directory. I was going to see about starting many directories, but I am switching strategies to focus on just one and see what happens.

Will get stats up soon. Advertising expenses are low, about $30.00 a month. I currently get traffic from a few sites I own. Buyer would need to take care of their own advertising. I get quite a few submissions from DP members as I have the link in my signature. I believe more experienced directory owners could make this into a more profitable site.
I can tell you that traffic is about 100 real uniques a day. Just approved another featured link a few minutes ago. I currently have the pricing at half of what I used to charge. I did buy some blog posts and other permanent or long term links.

I've had a $200 bid that is from an established member, and a $500.00 bid by a newbie in PM. I will say this, reserve has not been met yet. Reserve is set at $750.00
