Considering Selling My Quality UK Entertainment/Movies/Music Site.

Hey guys, I'm considering selling my Entertainment site (first link in my sig) to help fund putting a deposit down on a house. Details below, please note this is not an auction I'm looking for offers over £5,000 (uk pounds) and I'm more than happy to keep it if there's not much interest. I think it would be best suited to someone UK based who has a genuine love for movies and the other entertainment topics covered on the site (Games,Music,Books,DVD's & More) I have a number of good PR contacts who often provide competitions and it generates great traffic from a few competition sites we are listed on. You will also NEED to have to have a basic knowledge of html and frontpage as the site is NOT currently running on any CMS.

The site has so far only been monetized with adsense and a few paid links so is not generating much rev at the moment at all but that could be easily changed by somone with the right knowledge of SEO and ad placement.

The site is currently just a hobby for me, I've got to meet some great contacts through it and done some fun interviews. I've also had tons of review materials sent to me from PR companies to write about and keep, so it's rewarding for freebies as much as anything else.

Main Site is PR3 and Also included is the Forum (PR 3) with an Owned VBulletin licence - The member number is not very high due to me recently clearing out a load of members with zero post count. I would possibly stay on as a part time moderator for free on the forum if needed, but that would be up for discussion.

Traffic and revenue stats can be provided to those who are seriously interested but please bear in mind this is not just one of those sales where revenue makes up the site's worth, its got a lot of potential and fun to be had in the right hands.
