Hello,

I was supposed to close on this deal today. It was an investment into my websites and company. The person had a family emergency and had to back out at last second. I talked with him in length, and he had a valid situation and problem, just bad luck.

I was depending on the investment today to make our initial offer on what would hopefully been our new home. Now that he has dropped out, I need to move quickly on this.
