Considering Selling Forum making $12,000+ / Month

Im considering selling one of my most profitable websites that I have run for over 4 years now,

The website is the best premium site in its industry and is also in top related keywords.

The website has never generated no less than $2,000 a month (its probably actually more than that) and has generated as much as $15,000+

Last 3 Months Stats:

October Total: $14,442

September Total: $13,660

August Total: $8,720


Quarter Total: $36,822


Month Avg: $12,274
(based on the past 3 months But I also have the month avg based on the past year)

(I think I should be able to dig out income for the past 4 years)

I do not advertise the site and I have never advertised the site I just got in at the right time and being top for related search engines brings in the traffic.

This forum can be left to earn money without you have to touch it there are plenty of staff who will update the site as it is a hobby for them.

The only costs for this forum are a standard dedicated server so as you can see its all profit.

There is so much more money to be made with this forum but not living in the US / Canada im restricted as another big earner is selling merchandise

There is also potential to make cash from affiliates and by working on SEO to bring in more traffic.

The forum currently earns revenue from Google Adsense + Paid Subscriptions

Im not willing to post in public the URL neither will I post screenshots for users to just go boggled eyed over or change them around as use them as there own.

Im only willing to deal with users that I believe have the funds available to purchase a site oif this nature and ask the appropriate questions.

Well at least tell us your forum niche. We don't want to waste time PMing sellers who got websites in bad niches.
