Considering selling an established game company...

Hello,

My partners and I have been considering selling off our established game
company. We have been around since late 2001 and officially launched
at the 2002 Classic Gaming Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Our website is currently a PR3 with google. We serve a very niche market
catering to game collectors. Basically our company is recognized as the
world leader in retrogame publishing. Throughout the last 5 1/2 years
we have published nearly 2 dozen titles, I have been on shows such as
G4's Pulse, Coin-Op TV, and more. We have been featured in magazines
with articles published in Game Informer, Games(tm), Edge, RetroGamer
Magazine, EGM, Tips & Tricks, etc... We were even named
Edge Magazine's "website of the month" for March, 2003.

I am personally responsible for unearthing key unreleased prototypes
such as the previously unknown "Super Mario's Wacky Worlds" for the
Phillips CD-i and "Half-Life / Blueshift" for the Sega Dreamcast.

To make a long story short we are looking at selling off this entire
division of our corporation. Sales spike every now and then but
are sporadic throughout most of the year. To date we have sold
many thousands of our products and are the market leader in a
niche, small, but carved out sector of the game industry.

We are looking for serious offers. We are not looking for millions,
but we are not asking for a few hundred dollars either.
