Frounce.com - We Frown and Pounce!

PR2, 3.2m Alexa rank, 81 Yahoo domain links, 859 Majestic SEO page links, Yahoo Site Explorer shows 36 backlinks (a few of which are my sites, but I'll leave those there).

I bought this domain name (Frounce.com) in 2009 because it was aged (originally regged in 2001- see waybackmachine), and an actual dictionary word (means frown wrinkles or lines on the face).

A few months ago I finally started writing some content for it. All of the articles on there are my originals, and strictly my political (conservative) opinion.

Although, I haven't written anything new for a few months, the hits steadily grew, and really started coming in strong two months ago. Here is the history of hit-stats since I made it a Wordpress blog in October...

Take a look at the stats screenshot (http://frounce.com/frounce-monthly-stats.JPG) and you will see all those numbers, plus you will notice that by 8:30 AM today it already received 43 hits so far today.

Last month I put some Google ads on it. Google Adsense stats shows 2195 hits for June and no clicks on ads for 0 revenue. The pages that get the most hits are lists of top political websites. Which by nature cause people to click the links in the list instead of the Google ads. That's what I think, why there weren't any clicks on the ads. I have another Conservative Politics blog that is doing even better than this one (I've been working on it longer and putting a lot more content on it), plus several other sites that are doing well, so I decided to let this one go, and concentrate my efforts on my other sites.

If you are thinking about starting a political blog, whether liberal or conservative, this would be a great head-start for you.

The buyer gets the domain name, the Wordpress theme, all the articles and content of the site- the whole package. I'm not sure how to best transfer all the database to you, so I hope you know how best to do that. But I will certainly do whatever it takes.

The domain is registered at Godaddy and expires on 1/22/2012.
