I don't think. It is about how you use that keyword. You can increase your site at "antivirus software" keyword but obviously the normal domain has the advantage. You need to work on it to make it on first page, though it is a little bit hard considering the competition on that keyword.
Problem with those type of domains is that people get confused when trying to type directly in the browser address bar rather than clicking on a link
