I have a Nextel from work causing me all kinds of grief. It’s dropping notification of messages from the office. I’ve missed voicemails, and texts, but calls and pages are good. Has anyone had trouble with getting data on a Nextel? Is it the model? Or perhaps the PBX at work? Otherwise I love having a Nextel.
Nextel is an old system. Very old technology which is being updated since Sprint bought them. I had some problems with Nextel with not getting voice mails and it dropped calls a good bit. Nextel is the most popular provider for business because of the Direct Connect so it is understandable that running on old technology and having so many subscribers trying to do the same thing at the same time would crash their system. I no longer have a cell at all but still for all it's problems I like Nextel better then anyone for a nationwide carrier.
Last year we ran our courier business out of a domicile, and between four of us, we had every kind of communication breakdown, but yours is bizarre… Let’s say you’re not screening your calls… we advanced our connectivity once we set up a virtual attendant. Once all that traffic of calls and messages was automated through gotvmail, there was never a question… Automate the phone process.
