I have heared about the possibility that advertising on Adwords will raise your place in the organic results. What I want to know is if anyone knows about the opposite - a site that has been "slapped" will not appear in organic results?
I dont think there is a connection. Adwords will slap for stuf like affiliate and it did with my clickbankreview site. Organic search results werent affected
There's no connection between adwords and organic results whatsoever. There's connection between Yahoo Directory listing and Yahoo organic search but it maybe due to the authority of yahoo directory. Some say google will index your new site faster if you sign-up for adwords but I personally doubt it as there're plenty of other ways of getting new sites index quickly.
Yes, advertising can raise your ranking. But in a natural way: if your site is new, does not rank, yet has great content, driving traffic to it increases exposure and some people (or many people) will link to it, building organic ranking. If the site is full of regurgitated and spun PLR content, an adsense campaign will only cost money without any organic serp advantage.
I don't believe there is any connection. It won't help you other than exposure for your site, your rankings won't be affected by just the adwords account. At least this has been my experience with it.
i think they will have some Connection between adwords and organic results. perhaps more people visit your site, the higher rank you will get
There is no connection between them. The adwords will bring more people to your site but it will not raise the organic ranking.
Hi, In my own experiences, Adwords would neither help your sites for SERP purpose nor slap your sites from the organic results. It is only a channel for receiving direct traffics purpose and would help in your Alexa ranking. have a nice day,
There is no correlation between Adwords and organic results in theory. However, Adwords listing might caused a side-effect toward organic results, SEO. Your listing will be appeared outstanding, attracted visitors and some of them might post backlink to that certain website. Which will cause a higher in some low to non-competitive keywords.
I don't really think so. There are factors that need to be satisfied in order to garner the most prominent placement and I never heard PPC campaign is one of the factor.
Google itself states that there is no connection and that in fact there is a firewall between the two services. I've run AdWords for multiple companies over the past 6 years and agree, there is no connection.
In my experience it does not. I have used adwords campaigns on and off and have never noticed a change in organic results because of it.
their is no connection b/w google adwords and natural listing. i using both services for same keyword google adword display my site on top but in natural listing it appears on page 2
Hey dear you are completely wrong, there is no connection between advertising and ranking, Google don't give any preference to the sites which are using Adwords for advertising. Natural rankings get affected with the help of great content.
Yes adword will help in organic, if your site is new and u run adword camp, your site will get boost in search engine bcoz regular visit from adword.
The other obvious question is: When a site appears in both organic and paid listings what happens? My understanding is that most people will click on the organic link, and the trust factor will go up because it also shows in the paid listings making people think it is more established and resulting in higher sales.
