    It's about time but I'm sure congress is devoting most of the time to other issues right now.

    They are already late on taking action against these shady practices. I do online retail and marketing, and even been tricked once into something like this. How on earth, you expect a huge online travel company send your financial information in the background. I think they stopped it already and you have to fill in your credit card info on the landing page now.
