Oh no! And it's broken! And an evil DMOZ editor just saw it! Good thing we're lazy.... I probably won't get around to doing anything about it till later tonight.
hahahahah the truth comes out its sheer laziness thats going on over thier! its all good... thx malcolm Ps i really liked snickers tribute vidio
Thanks everyone - appreciate the well wishes. It's been listed for a short while (prior to my management of the directory), I believe it was added around the time DirectoryDump was added. It's good to see new sites being added to dmoz; I think we may notice changes in some categories over others but it's encouraging to everyone.
It's also good in the sense that it gives directory owners an idea of what sorts of directories are considered worthwhile. Some people spend so much time creating mass amounts of directories, when really, if they concentrated their time on 1 directory, they could generate a far greater degree of success. Congrats Creed, I've said it before, but you have earned the accolade
Congrats indeed, I just had a look at that site for some tips and the 'privacy' and 'about us' pages had no content, is it just me? I thought these pages would be important in getting listed.
We are currently updating the site and those are new pages that will be added - I've removed the links for now until the pages are complete. Thanks for the reminder.
Congrats, but how is it any different from the thousands of directories that is out there? The DMOZ editors must be crack users, but good for you I suppose.
The most important content in a directory would be a sensible category structure with good relevant listings. Privacy and about us pages might be nice details to have, especially if you have a link to those pages, but when it comes right down to it the most important content is the listings. Congrats Creed, I didn't realize that was your directory. Well done, so far....keep up the good work! Well, to start with it was submitted. Every submission in that category was reviewed and either listed or rejected for lack of content.... directories that were full of empty categories. In this particular case the editor worked through the submissions and did not go out surfing to find sites that weren't submitted. Sometimes we do that. Crack wwws? No thank you, I can't afford it on what they don't pay us.
Don't worry annie, i'm looking at this for him right now. he'll be fine in a little bit. ha! this is the 3rd dmoz directory i've maintained. directorydump helping maintain dmoz's directory of directories functionality and integrity. i don't mind helping out edit: issues resolved and now has deep links and i rebuilt your category cache for you. try and stay on top of these things. its important.
