    With 10K posts, his red really packs a punch. (Beleive me, I know) And somehow, he can do two in a row to the same person. Either that or he has a goon of his that also has an amazingly powerful red (that reds at the exact same time as Shawn) :D

    Admins can rep as many times as they want, to whoever they want, whenever they want, I think. That's the only reason he is Master of the Universe. Without Shawn's rep power he'd be a meer minion like the rest of us.

    Yep, in vBulletin you can "exclude" admins from the rep rules that members are bound to.
