Confusion about top level strategy for running high budget PPC campaign.

I am planning to start PPC campaign for thousands of keywords for my website. There are two strategies in my mind:

    1) Create hundred of pages just for PPC campaign to obtain good quality score and make them independent internal pages of my domain without linking them to any other page of my site.

2)Create hundred of pages just for PPC campaign to obtain good quality score and host them on a different domain( like any new .cc domain) and without providing any linking between pages.(All pages will be independent of each other)

Now I want expert advice about this situation. What are advantages and disadvantages of these two strategies, keeping in mind the following things:
    1) Ease of maintaining website.
    2) Organic SEO rankings.
    3) Analyzing, maintaining and tracking PPC campaign.

Any other advice or suggestions are highly appreciated.
    Thanks

You don't need to create hundreds of pages. One page for each product is normally enough. For example, if you sell cat food, you don't have to have a page for each variation of the words cat and food (such as feline, kitten, pussycat, nourishment, sustenance, meal and what not). You'd have 9 pages just with the few words I used here. Google knows that kitten and feline = cat and that nourishment is synonymous with food. You should not be getting a poor QS because of that.

Don't know why you wouldn't link all your pages on your site but there could be a reason.

No need that have different domain (pet supplies sites use one domain, have hundreds or even thousands of pages, one for each of their products). Unless it's a stand-alone product with little to no relevancy to another that you sell, no reason not to use one domain.

I think you know the answer to ease of maintaining one site vs many. SEO is not exactly my forte but I suppose there can be some benefits to having one domain. As for your third question, it's more work (more time) the more products you promote. It will be even harder without a good plan before you start and organize your account properly, regardless of how you set up your site.
