Nobody searches for tips for you, I want tips for me
(and only a teenage illiterate would search for '4' anything)

Seriously - you could optimise for 'yoga tips' - it only gets a little over 1000 searches a month, but for a new site, that's a starting point.

 

I agree with magda.
The average person will not search with the number 4 when they mean "for". So it's not really a good keyword.

But, if you are targeting Yoga Tips as a keyword, then the 4 or "for" shouldn't matter much.
Also though, from a domain/site selling standpoint, if you were to sell this site later on, you would probably get more for it if it was "for".

Better to use Yoga Tips Instead of using Yoga Tips for You or Yoga Tips 4 You.

 

I agree. Basically if I want to search how to doing yoga, i will search "Yoga tips" or "how to doing Yoga"
Searching the word "for you" will be my last in my mind.
Stuff your site by using the product you want to sell, like "yoga" and the definition of your site like "tips", "best practices", etc.
