Confusing template - please explain

Hello,
Don't laugh please.
I found a free wordpress template to use for my new site. However the demo looks completely different then file I get when I download. Can someone check it for me and tell me what's wrong with it? Is it customized as the demo? What do I need to have done to make it look like the one here?

Sorry, That was dumb.
If you scroll through preview you will see the pic of few different templates in one of the posts and it looks like those little ones. I want this to look like the preview.

 

install it and let other see what it looks like i do not see any problems
