Confusing CJ Links ....

I was totally confused about those cj links.

I get several clicks from invalid links at times and I don't know what's wrong. And I notice that I should specify my sites one by one to generate separate codes.

How can I do if I want to advertise my cj links on other sites?

If I use my own sites to generate links and put them on other sites, will I get credited when those links generate sales?

    Many thanks.

As far as I know, if the link's PID doesn't match the site that generated it - then it's an invalid click.

One of my friends just told me that it's ok to promote your cj links on sites you don't own as long as they within CJ's TOS : )

If you use a CJ link for one site on a different site it should still track your transactions. Lots of people are running CJ links for their sites in PPC sites as well and believe me, they work. But to be on the safe side you should make sure to identify all your promotional methods in your CJ account.

Check with the CJ TOS, so you can be safe and not have a problem. Good luck!

I think you may have answered my question. My report on CJ said I have 13 invalid links generating traffic and I do not have a unique PID for that site. I will update the PID and see if that fixes the problem.

    Thanks,
    Alan
