Im new to adwords and need a bit of help... My account has seemed to stop showng my ads, the impressions are staying the same, theres no more click and the total cost is staying at $41.41. The account status still says active buts seems to be staying the same. Its been like this all morning... Any ideas whats wrong? Thanks
Is the impressions for today showing 0 impressions? You run your ads for search network also or only for content network? 1 - take a look into all the adgroups to see if most the keywords are inactive for search. 2 - if problem is not #1, Run the ad diagnostic tool and run some of your active keywords to see if it show you something - probably it will show that the keywords is not on campaign 3 - Go to your billing summary: https://adwords.google.com/select/ShowBillingSummary and check if there is not reject payment from last hours - it may take some ours to refresh also, but normally it should send you an mail before you notice your account are freeze 4 - If #1, #2 and #3 do not give you an explanation you need to contact support - Is this your only account? If this is a second account they could be freezing due to some TOS violation.
