    eh? You need to be A LOT more specific about what you would like advice on? Setting up account? Structure? Keyword Choice? Bidding? Quality Score? Landing Pages? If it's everything then I suggest you read ALL of the topics on http://adwords.google.com/support/?hl=en, and then if there's something you need help with then come back
