Confused Which To Choose? Help

    I have a site multitutorials.com which india alexa ranking is undr 30k and in international is under 600,000 while I targetted it to USA.
    So The question is shall I target it to India, International or USA?????

    If it's a tutorial site you should probably stick to India as this would be your field of experience and expertise. If things pick up you could then ponder expanding outside of India in time. Start small so that you can manage all, gain some experience then go bigger.

    Don't need to target any country as you have a domain with first word "multi" so why you only target one nation go ahead & target multi national

    Target internationally but get a clear focus on what the site is intended for
    I went to http://multitutorials.com/category/tutorials/ and found you have no content
    The same happened for quite a few other non-tutorial sections
