confused - when are adsense referrals paid?

    just as the title says - when are adsense referrals paid?

    and when i mean adsense referrals i mean a referral to adsense itself, so it will be $5 when they reach $5, $250 when they reach $100 - when do these bonuses get credited? as soon as they make the $5 or $100? or at the end of the month?

    also, does this mean when they reach $5 you get the $5 PLUS the $250 when they reach $100?

    so confusing!
    cant seem to find the answer anywhere!

    Adsense Referrals are paid after when the referals take first check then our earnigns will be credited.

    so after the first check.
    that means you will get $255? ($5 for going referrer earning above $5, and $250 for over $100?)

    anyone received this before?
