:confused: To merge or not to merge

Hello,

I currently have two sites, www.mistertruffle.com and www.food-love.com. Mister Truffle is selling fresh truffles and food-love is my food blog.

They are also currently on different hosting.

I'm wondering if, from an SEO content point of view, I should bring my food-love blog into the mister truffle site, or whether it is better to keep them separate.

Can you help?

I think better to keep them separate.....

 

Unless it is too much work to maintain both sites I would keep both sites separate. If you just want to focus your time and effort on a single site, then you should consider redirecting one to the other and consolidating them.

 

I have to agree with others keep them separate.

 

Are you talking about doing a 301 redirect with one site then merging the content?

 

You should keep seperate - and work for both for popularty of site as well as blog
