I've used hostblast.net but they are suspend my account due to load on their server memory, Now I want to buy a good hosting so let me know which is best hosting.

    • Godaddy
      Blue Host
      Host Gator
      & Any Others

Somebody says hostgator is best but it is expensive near $10 per month.

I prefer Bluehost to host my websites (I still use Godaddy for domain registration). It's just so easy to use and the company seems cool. I've heard a lot of great chatter about Dreamhost lately as well.

Go hostgator. Know what they offer, and optimize on all their features / additional products and services.

I personally use Bluehost. I would not be so cheap to watch out over every euro for good hosting. Couple of euro more monthly and you know that you can sleep calmly.
I agree that choosing right shared hosting has become nightmare these days as there are so many of them, it is as hosting is almost a commodity almost no true brand recognition.
There is a good article here on choosing hosting for beginners. Also please note that Wordpress and Joomla and Drupal all recommend certain hosts they think are the best.

What type of website you were hosting with hostblast.net?
How much resource your website is utilizing?
What was the reason for the spikes?
If you provide answer of the above questions, I would suggest you a better hosting package which your website really needs to be hosted on.
    Awaiting your response.

How much traffic and disk space you're using, any good hosting give unlimited spaces. So, it's something strange for me..

There are actually many cheaper and reliable hosting providers in the industry today. What are your requirements for that? You can also check the offers section so you can widen up your option. Before you choose the best one just consider the Quality, Up Time, Bandwidth,, Customer support reliability and Security. Choose wisely buddy :)

I am currently host my sites with HostGator. Although they have a higher monthly fee, I never had any considerable problem with them so far.
Since you have suspended for memory over usage case, contact and get a help/recommendation/advice from the sales support team before you purchase a hosting plan from any company.
