Confused - cant start a thread in buy/sell

    I been trying to start a thread in buy/sell section since last night, and it doesn't work. I meet the minimum requirements, any ideas?

    You have to wait 14 days before you can open a thread there so, 4 more days to go i think...

    o poo, I hate being the newbie on forums, I live in Delaware. I'm sick today, and this snow outside isn't helping any.

    do admins give access to new members if they reach the requirements but 2 weeks isn't up?

    You have to comply with all the requirements in the FAQ before you can open a thread there.
    Exceptions and DP don't match...We all have the same rights here...

    EDIT: In Delaware, February has 30 days? :| :p
