just started using Yahoo Search. Been using adwords for a while...

    saw this tip on Yahoo:

Ok, tip one says include the keyword in the ad copy. "The" keyword? As in 'one keyword'? My ads have 50 or 60 keywords. How can I include THE keyword. What did Yahoo mean by this?

Yahoo has a template to display the title...you can have a default word and keyword in it.

I can't fit 50 keywords in my ad. It seems like a misprint on Yahoo's part, but i'm surprised it would get through this long... makes me think I'm missing a concept.

    Hi fromtherooftops,

What YSM is saying is that you must use the main subject/keyword in your title. For example say your advertising your store which is a bicycle shop. You have many different name brand bikes in shop. So you decide to make a campaign/group with raleigh bikes, however there are many different raleigh bikes that you carry. So you list all your raleigh bike models in one group. For example Raleigh bike t1500, Raleigh bike A720 etc. Now you write your ad saying you carry different Raleigh bikes. With Raleigh being your root keyword and the landing page that you bring your potential customer showing the different model raleigh bikes. I Hope that helps, if you need any assistance just PM.

    Cheers,

You may want to use dynamic keyword insertion in the case when you have 50-60 keywords but all pointing to one ad.
