Performance Incentive For Number of Actions equal to or greater than 5 increase commission by 15.00%.
For Number of Actions equal to or greater than 21 increase commission by 30.00%.

What does this mean? Could you give me an example.

Let's say a product pays 10% commission. If you sell 5 or more in a month, your commission rate for the month will be increased to 11.5%. If you sell 21 or more, your commission rate for the month will be 13%

Ok so my commission for the "Rest" of the month increases?

The way they say it, it sounds like you add 11.5% to the 10% after the 5 sales. so it will be 21.5% after you sell 5>

So the first 5 you sell are at the 10% commission?
then the next 15 sales are at 21.5%?
then add 30%. then the rest of the sales for the month are 51.5%?

    Is this correct?

All sales for the month will be at the commission rate. The extra commission will appear the next month or so as a bonus.

And no, you don't add the percentages. The rates would be 10% for all sales if you make up to 4 sales, 11.5% for all sales you make up to 20 sales, and then 13% for all sales that month if you send 21+ sales.
