Confused about what's considered "copyrighted" / against tos

Let's say we have AdSense on our page, but we also have a picture of the
McDonalds logo or we have a picture of a coca cola bottle on the same page.

Would we be breaking AdSense TOS?

Are you avoiding this question because you don't know
or because it breaks the AdSense rules?

Anybody know the answer to the question. I contribute a great
deal to the forums and it'd be nice to get some help in return. ;)

I do not think your site is against tos, otherwise, your account will be banned already.

It wont be a copyright voilation if you state that all the logos and trademarks are owned by their respective companies. In the website you mentioned its alright to put images like these without stating anything. Its a promotional material, unless he edits it or vandalise it, its fine to use it.

Cool. Thank you for the info guys. Sounds like it'll be fine.
I'll just put add a statement into my adsense privacy policy.
    Thanks.
