    in what way pinging helps?
    cananybody suggest me fewpinging sites?

    Ping the blog post, every single blog post. Dont use the URL of your homepage, use the URL of your published blog post

    By the time the search engines send the spiders, that may be weeks later. If you put the url of blog, it will crawl the homepage, and may miss out many blog posts.
    Same with making blog comments to get backlinks, you can put the url of your blog post rather than blog, so that it becomes quality backlinks.
    I think Bing pays more attention to quality backlinks, and google seems to go the same path.

    You need to know what is blog pinging, Pinging is a practice that every time you add a new Post on your blog a pinging service, lets other blogs or search engines that a new content has been posted on your blog.

    You can set up several Pinging services in WordPress (admin panel). I personally got 10 or more, everytime you publish a new post, they send out the information to crawl your site.
