When i got dispute first time,funds are reversed,and i got this message: Dear ***, As you know, we have been reviewing the transaction detailed below. Our investigation is now complete and we have returned the funds to the PayPal account holder. So now i got another dispute,but this time is message different,so i dont know those funds are reversed or i got the money. We appreciate your cooperation, this inquiry is closed. So did i got money back this time or it's also reversed?
what was you doing in this transaction e.g. was you the person sending money or recieving and did you start the complaint or did the other person
Is that at me or the thread starter I think he is wanting to know what the out come was but i assumed that he would know what happened because he would either have got some money back or not got anyback or if the claim was against him either lost some or not lost some
I checked transcation log and i see money is returned.10$. But thing which i cant understood,before i was very details complained about dispute and i didnt get my money back.Now i practicly said i dont care what you going to do and they returned my money.So next time when i will got dispute i i will say i dont care . And yes i received money not sended.
Normally the one receiving the money will not dispute it and thus the sender never receive a dispute notification. Only the Sender can raise a dispute at Paypal and thus the receipient would be the one receiving the notification for the dispute. To the OP, the first post from paypal stated that the money has been reversed to the account holder, meaning the blocked funds is returned to the buyer. While in the second post, you won the case and got the money and the sender did not get his money back.
Ok here is thing:i received money.Then i got dispute with explanation"no enough funds".I wrote in dispute how i dont care what they will do.And so today i got message about closed case and how is payment completed.I checked account activity and noticed increase of 10$ minus paypal fees.But what is strange thing this is how transcation look: Update From Reversal Cancelled It's looks like money is reversed and it is actualy completed.
The Bank decides in whose favour, they must do, for PayPal or the card holder. If the Bnak does in favour of PayPal, funds are transferred to the seller, if not, then the funds are deducted from your account, and returned to the buyer's card.
