I like to start developing news website like following site.

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/default.stm

I wonder which script or software is most suitable to do that. I have look through previous but could not find the right answer.

    Help appreciated.

Ok i got you. You can try xooArticles . If you get one domain license, later you can additional copies with a big discount.

The url you've provided in your first post... as i could get you correctly, you want to have your news in two columns on the site, right? Ok, with a simple modification it meets with your requirements, IMO.
