Yes, but I don't need one because my business is incorporated here. *Looking forward to moving back to Seattle. ASAP.
I always hear how beautiful it is in the Pacific Northwest from the locals. That may very well be the case, but it seems to be either foggy or raining when I am there. I have heard that the wet weather and lack of sunshine is one reason the suicide rate is higher there than other parts of the country but that could be an urban legend, I suppose.
It is a urban legend, the people here seem to be more happy, people here are more nicer than the rest of the states I seen so far.
Pretty much the same as in the US. I have a Delaware corp (the best place to incorporate for taxes) and a Washington corp, and the Washington one is useless. Listed as "active" even after the state tells me that the filing had errors on it. The problem in Japan is, you used to have to have a certain amount of money in the bank to incorporate. You couldn't just say, Hi, I have a thousand dollars, incorporate me. They changed the laws recently to make it easier to incorporate, but then the banks balked and now a lot of them won't open business accounts unless you have a certain amount of capital. Much easier to do business in the US if you are just starting out.
I lived in other states and in my experience, Seattle is more happy, much friendly. Wasn't there a joke about Seattle driver's falling asleep at a 4-way stop because nobody wanted to go first? Very friendly drivers, very friendly people in the Seattle area. Driving in Eastern Washington, I get the feeling people think of it as a contact sport.
Hi, you are very luckyman! It is very personal question, and you must solve it for yourself! Choose interesting, creative and perspective job! And the main question, what do you like the most!?
What can I tell you that you don't know already. Either way, make a decision, don't stay in uncertainty.
