Confused about "Bumping"

    Hey there.
    I am a bit confused about the "Bump" feature in topics.
    I have a thread for a service in Cheap Stuff forum, now it's gone to the third page.
    What are the rules regarding the "Bump" button? :confused:

    Regular member can bump his/her thread once in a month and premium member can do it once in a week using bump button.

    But regarding first time bumping.. the first time to bump would be a month after starting the topic yea?
