Confused about approval

    4-5 days ago i signed up for google AdSense.
    Hi friends yesterday at 4 pm i got an email from google that my site was rejected but at 7pm got another email that my site is fully approved. When i tried to log in. It asked me to resubmit. Why resubmit when my site is fully approved. Should i resubmit my site?
