My ad displays when people use google.com to search, but how can i get my ad to appear on people's adsense ads and ALL over the web instead of just when people search on google?
    thanks :D

I'm almost certain this happens aswell as the ads on the search results.

you have to bid on the content network to get your ad shown on adsense websites

You have the option of 3 types of campaign
Search - which is the sponsored links that appear when people search on google
Content - this is the adsense ads that are triggered by keywords
Placement - this is also adsense ads, but in this option you pick sites that you want your ad to appear on.

By default Google bundles Search and Content together, but everyone at some point realises that they don't want them bundled like this, and if they want both types of campaign, they split it into 2 - one campaign for Search only with Content turned off, and one for Content only with Search turned off.

Content network. Be careful though - depending on your keywords there might be a lot of fraud sites as well that beg for clicks. For example, I'd never run them for one aimed at the 14-25 male range (ie: general games)

By default when you start a campaign, the content network is enabled as well, meaning it will show on people's adsense sites as well, however be careful, there is a lot more click fraud going on on the content network, and the traffic can be of slightly lower quality than on the search network.

ok, im bidding a high ammount (over 2 dollars) on the content network but my ad hasnt got any impressions in over 2 months. i just cant figure out why it wont appear on the content networks. dang....

plus, when i login, it says that the content network is running my ad since it's set to "active"

$2 on the content network seems really high. But if it is getting impressions at a given price for search, it should definitely be getting impressions for content. You could try building a new campaign if you can't figure it out. Go from scratch. Also, placements are more likely to get impressions; although not as many impressions, placements are more of a sure thing.

Note also that Google's partners in the content network generally provide lower quality traffic. Best to leave them out until you attain profitability at least.
