    I just received another reversal notice few minutes back...

    Payment date was 7th Feb with service option....

    The system seems to back in working order but some people are still missing money. It is currently a bit risky to be honest so if you do choose to send the money you do so knowing that you may lose a tiny bit or they might not receive it right away. Hope it works out for you mate :)

    If you will be sending it with out shipping address, then its more likely to be reversed because I just got a reversal notice from paypal for same kinda transaction.
