I know this should be on my blog, but i get so few responses i cannot be bothered to try.

Right, here is my problem. I connect my router into my laptop via a LAN cable.

I load the IP address "http://192.168.0.1" in my browser and enter the username and password.

Then i wait..and i wait for around 5mins for the page to fully load, and all i get is about 1/8 of a logo and the words "setup wizard" on the left hand side menu, with no other options. The page never loads, and i dont know why.

I have already tryed to configure the router using the AOL Cd which my ISP has provided, but it has totally crapped up all the settings. I want to know how do i totally reset my netgear wireless router?

Thanks in advanced for any help you can provide. The aol CD didnt even tell me about the IP address, and i only found out about it 1hr ago on the microsoft website after doing a quick google search.

I have no clue whatsoever why my configuration panel for my router isnt working, but i cant call AOL technical support because they charge upto £7.51/minute, which is 1/2 of my monthly bill a minute. (apart from the fact i keep saying "can you repeat that please?" every couple of seconds, because i cannot understand the dialect).

Thanks in advanced for any help you can provide,

I also noticed that on my sisters laptop, no wireless networks were detected. She has an advent laptop with built in wireless, and i have been in the wizard to try and fix it, but i dont have a clue what to do. It should be detectable because the router is less than 5 metres away.
