Configuring OS Commerce

I need a shopping cart for my website. I've looked in the possibilities and think the best option might be OS Commerce. I've had a play around with it on my site and although I would be able to configure it given sometime (and a bit of learning) I think to fit into my site template I'd be better hiring someone.
    Scriptlance seems to be cheap

    Elance seem to bid higher.

    Are there other options?

Where is the best place to go? And how much would I be expecting to be charged?

Is there anyone on this forum that knows OS Commerce and can alter it to look like my site?

I'm sure you will find someone here. You need design or help in programming it?

A little bit of both really. I have a design and know what I want but am not sure how to implement it into oscommerce. for example can you change the bar along the top (under the logo) to feature javascript rollovers?

I am able to alter things using tutorials but don't know php so am finding it slow going.

You can change any bar lol. Of course it's possible. I'm not freelancing but maybe I can show you how to find someone. PM me.

    pm sent

    for anyone else:

The site I am hoping to add the cart to it:

    http://www.buymetickets.co.uk/new/new.html

It is not fully complete (still at playing around stage) but I would like my cart to look similar. How would I change the header.php so the top of my cart is the same of my cart (the logo - with drop down ticket images, bar and rollovers)?

    catalog/includes/header.php

that's the file that contains the header with the menu.

Yep. That's because that header dinamycally changes considering sessions and lots of other things. ALWAYS, if you're into ecommerce, ask professional help. Don't play with people's money :)
