Configuring LAMP - Getting 403 Forbidden Error in localhost

    I installed a LAMP stack today and I believe I have it properly configured but I'm getting 403 Forbidden error when I enter either 127.0.0.1 or localhost in a browsers address bar. Files for website are located in /var/www/foxclone. All files are php.

    foxclone.conf follows:

    DocumentRoot /var/www/foxclone/public_html
