Configuring an HTTP Server on Redhat for a Webcam.

I'm a bit new to Red Hat. I need to upload files from our web camera to an account on our linux server. I can't use ftp because we don't want ftp installed on the server. http is installed on the server, though. So, I need to configure an http server on the webcam. The setup is asking for a url specifying the upload request. I don't know where that file is. I'm confused. Has anyone done something like this? Any pointers or information that you can provide me would be very much appreciated.
