    Hi,

    I am selling www.confessyourstress.com

    The site does not have massive traffic or great income. It is PR2 ( but it is PR2 on all main pages). It is being crawled by all the major SE's regularly, including MSN, Google, Yahoo, Alexa , Ask Jeeves .

    It is PAGE 1 listed on YAHOO! for confess out of over 17 million results.

    It is Page 1 listed in position 1 on Google, Yahoo and MSN for Confess Your stress.

    It is number 1 result on MSN for Naughty confessions.

    My conclusion is this site has the ability to be very easily moved forward from this point, with some good back link addition.

    I have earned a few dollars on Adsense, nothing to write home about or produce proof for. Please dont bother asking for adsense reports, or stats as they are only 200 or so visits a month (1000 page views).

    The site has a good backlink, which is reciprocated bottom left.

    The site has a CMS login, where you can edit listings, add listings, change account details etc.

    I will PM you rafke. Chimaera, I manage 50 sites, two are close to the line of Googles terms, but they always contact me to give warning and stop serving ads, they did this with one site for mature theme reasons. This site they have not, it appears to meet their guidelines on this basis. Of course this is partly irrelevant as the adsense can be removed in seconds if one feels uncomfortable with it.

    Welcoming some bids now.. :)
