Well ClickBank aren't exactly the best at keeping affiliates and publisher informed of whats going on with their system. They may get round to posting a message about it after the fact.

Depends on a lot of factors including how the people are coming to your site, how targeted the traffic is that is coming in, how good your presell is etc.

I setup that automatic email thing a few days ago and it worked for a sale. I thought I was having a pretty bad day today because I got no emails. Found a bunch in the spam box. Actually a pretty good day for me.
All of my traffic is from search engines as far as I know... I haven't even talked about it anywhere but here and to a couple of friends. Also, I'm only 16, so how would I know about that quantum crap yet lol.
