Concerning PayPal and selling Templates

What's the best way to help from getting any reversals when selling templates? I'll be opening my website soon for vBulletin templates which will be having a Payment system. But it seems risky that a lot of people may reverse the payment after they receive the theme. Will a certain TOS / Policy help fight reversal battles?

    Thanks, Dominic

No TOS helps to protect from chargeback as far as you are using PayPal.

the answer is no, as long as you sell intangible item and you don't ship anything to a physical address, then sooner or later, you will be screwed for sure, because anyone can chargeback your money, and PP ALWAYS reverse that payment no matter how much information you give them(that happened to me)
so, you can either choose something like Webmoney or liberty reserve, never go with paypal when you sell things like that

By using PayPal... If a charge back is requested within less than 90 days, they the buyers can and will get a full refund.
