concern about the adwords tracking?? Need any help

I ve got a concern about the adwords tracking

I have some sales but they are not reflected in adwords,

so 2 options, they might not be coming from adwords,

or for some reason they are not being tracked,

so the question is,

if a user clicks on my ad,

and then he leaves the site , or navigate through it,

and after doing this he goes again to the product page, add it to the cart and buys it,

will adwords account this conversion?

 

The Adwords conversion tracker does so for 30 days after someone clicks your ad.
