    I'm selling unique and well established website about computers hardware, notebooks and tablets. The website is over 3 years old with more than 140 unique posts. The website has .COM domain, PR1, Domain Authority 20 and Page Authority 33. The website is old, well established and absolutely legal for adsense.

    The average monthly traffic is 3,350 unique visits with 10,324 pageviews (visible in analytics). The traffic is mostly from USA, China, Canada and Europe. The website has own twitter account with about 1000 followers. The website has top SERP of the most of the post titles and relates. Definitely can be ranked easily with the authority and rating, which it already has.

    The website revenues are mostly from link sales (489 USD for the previous 12 months) and blogposts sales (60 USD for the previous year). The website is absolutely legal for adsense, CJ approved and affili.net. The average monthly profits are 45 USD/month (average on last 12 months). I will provide you the full list of advertisers (2,200+ USD lifetime profits).

    The website can be developed in SERP with some linkbuilding and optimization.

    Does the site have any Google manual penalties or algorithmic demotions (such as Penguin or Panda)? Why did you not use AdSense? You mentioned that the site is unique but the sales details state no. Please clarify.

    Unfortunately I am not using adsense on the website. However it is absolutely legal for adsense, without bad neightborhoods and bad keywords.
    You can install adsense, as I tried it before with profits of about 15 USD/month
