Download Avira Antitivirus and try to delete it or any other freeware antivirus. If that doesn't help try to reinstall Windows, it always helps.

Try downloading malware bytes and also try running your virus scans in safe mode so that the virus cannot connect to the internet.

Using Windows Safe Mode to Remove the Virus.

To load up safe mode you need to tap F8 when you first switch your PC on. When you do this a menu will show up early on in the boot sequence you can select start windows in safe mode.

Then you can run your virus scanner on the whole drive and delete it.

This is not any security software. It is a virus. If you have any antivirus software do a system scan and remove all the detected viruses. If your system has not antivirus then try to install Kaspersky antivirus software and do a complete scan of your system.
